The Recoleta Grand in the popular Recoleta neighborhood exceeded our expectations. The staff, especially Malena and Guido, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We felt safe with the security measures in place and loved the buffet breakfast. The location was great, near a park, and the hotel itself was modern and comfortable. The rooms had nice decor, a comfortable bed, electric blinds, and even a Nespresso coffee machine. We were impressed that they provided a water kettle, which is rare in Argentine hotels. a beautiful and safe hotel with friendly staff and great amenities.
Felt like home, nothing to complain about.

We loved the location in a nice area of the city, close to main landmarks. The hotel facilities were great, including the cleanliness and the breakfast. The staff was attentive and friendly.

We stayed at a luxurious hotel situated in the heart of one of the safest areas of the city. the exclusive amenities fulfilled our expectations, including a splendid rooftop pool. the room had a magnificent view, comfortable bed, and high-speed internet. the restaurant offered an excellent dinner, and the service was attentive and friendly.
The only minor issue that we found was a slight inconvenience in the spa centre's services that we wanted to try. the sun loungers available in the pool area compensated for this issue.

The hotel is located in a fantastic neighborhood, close to the famous cemetery and within walking distance of major attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the best showers we've had during our South American travels. The staff at the front desk are helpful and the restaurant offers excellent service at reasonable prices.
There were occasional unpleasant sewage smells in the hotel.

the exclusive amenities, including the spa and wellness centre, sauna, swimming pool and rooftop pool with sun terrace offer guests the ultimate relaxation. the service was exceptional and personalized, anticipating all my needs. the location was ideal, in a nice, safe area and well-positioned for exploring the city.
the room was missing a coffee machine, which was an inconvenience and something I would have expected from a 5-star hotel.
